The list of goods prohibited from being introduced into the country as humanitarian aid has been updated
The list of goods prohibited from being introduced into the country as humanitarian aid has been updated today by a decision approved by the Government. Excluded from the list are worn-out footwear and used toys, with the exception of used soft toys.
Also, according to the new adjustments, it will be forbidden to bring into the country as humanitarian aid motor vehicles with an operating life of more than seven years, except for vehicles used for medical purposes, for transporting people with locomotor disabilities, for fire-fighting, for street cleaning, for spreading materials and for waste collection.
By the same decision, the nominal composition of the Interdepartmental Commission for Humanitarian Aid was also updated. This was necessary because of several changes in the names and structures of the ministries and other institutions included in the composition of the Commission as well as in the job titles of its members.
