Today, the Executive approved the government decree regarding the organisation and functioning of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, which establishes its mission, area of competence, responsibility, rights and organization of the activity of the public authority.

According to the document, within the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, three state secretaries, a secretary general of the Ministry and a college will be active, and the maximum 67 staff ministry positions.

The decree will enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
